HOW IT WORKSUsing the Instalent Recruiter Network cannot be more simple!
1. Uploading your role
You provide a list of chosen preferences to your Client Manager or upload the role on our platform. From there, we’ll take a look at what you need and the specific profile required by your business.
4. Choosing a candidate
You start receiving recommended candidates on our platform. You get immediate notification when we have found someone for you. We provide a candidate profile with key details and background information.
2. Assigning the Recruiters
We appoint the best recruitment specialists for the role. They are assigned based on specialism and local knowledge. We do all the debriefing and give them all the information needed to successfully fill the role.
5. Employer Interview
You can invite the chosen candidate to your own recruitment proces. (in-person interviews, Skype, etc.)
3. Search phase
They identify the top candidates within their talent pool or through direct search and engage with them. They complete the interviews and tests with them and upload the candidates on the platform.
6. Role is filled
The candidate starts working for your company. This is the only case You have to pay us, once we have successfully filled your role. You don't have to take any risks, we offer a rebate period of 3 months for all our candidates.
